Solutions Enablement As part of its ‘Solutions Enablement’ service, ATS looks to establish strategic delivery partnerships with various vendors, thereby providing Vendor trained and certified experts undertaking delivery activities on their behalf within the region.
Support Services
In this role ATS is looking to provide various post-sales support service and once again using vendor trained and certified technical staff to those levels agreed as part of the vendor SLA support contracts.

Vendor Training
In support of those vendors upon which we provide service and support activities, ATS will also look to conduct vendor training for both the Channel and End-Users.
